EMC brings together a highly experienced team with deep expertise across psychology, leadership development, coaching, facilitation, culture transformation, wellbeing and organisational change. Each practitioner brings their own specialist lens, but all share the same purpose: helping leaders, teams and systems see clearly, shift behaviour and create healthier, more human ways of working.

Emma Markwick
Emma is a researcher & practitioner specialising in leadership, facilitation, culture change, and coaching. With foundations in occupational & sports psychology, she partners with senior leaders & teams across global blue-chip organisations, blending rigorous psychological insight with extensive organisational experience. Her further qualifications span Gestalt-based group facilitation, systems thinking, nutritional & sleep therapy, and Core Process Psychotherapy. This integrated expertise shapes her distinctive somatic, whole-person approach to coaching and her systemic lens on organisational change. Over the past decade, Emma has taken her work to post-conflict & third-sector settings, delivering initiatives focused on preventing gender-based violence, strengthening peace-building efforts and most recently tackling gun and knife crime in London.

Waqar Siraj
Waqar is a performance consultant, executive coach and master facilitator who works at the deeper edge of leadership development. For more than 20 years he has partnered with senior leaders and top teams across global organisations including Unilever, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Novartis, HSBC and Vodafone. His work blends emotional intelligence, Shadow Work and adult development to help leaders surface blind spots, deepen self-awareness and translate insight into disciplined execution. Specialising in senior team effectiveness, Waqar helps leadership teams break down silos, build genuine partnership and unlock transformational performance.

Martine Cannon
For more than 22 years, Martine Cannon has worked with senior leaders to strengthen leadership, performance and culture in complex global organisations. She specialises in designing and leading large-scale culture transformations, particularly where organisations must adapt rapidly or address systemic cultural risk. Martine’s work focuses on unlocking the power of human relationships as a driver of measurable value. She has led major global transformation initiatives, developed a culture-transformation app, and now integrates AI into leadership and organisational change. As a transformation coach, she helps executive teams build co-ownership, leverage difference and perform in high-stakes environments.

Jason Moore
Jason is a globally recognised designer and facilitator who helps leaders turn insight into action. Working at the intersection of human behaviour, neuroscience and execution, he translates complex science into practical experiences that shift mindsets and behaviours. Over two decades he has impacted more than 500,000 people worldwide, helping leaders perform in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. A bestselling author and creator of widely used leadership and culture frameworks, Jason style blends warmth, precision and challenge. Sarah Mast
Sarah Mast is an executive coach and leadership facilitator specialising in organisational and leadership development. Her work focuses on helping leaders challenge limiting beliefs and build the reflective discipline needed to accelerate learning and growth. A central theme of her practice is experimentation—encouraging leaders to test assumptions, learn quickly, and adapt in complex environments. Sarah has worked globally with leading brands to guide culture and leadership change. Alongside her consulting work, she contributes to facilitation and coaching programmes at one of the UK’s leading business schools, translating cutting-edge leadership research into practical application.

Jason Furness
Jason Furness is a senior consultant with more than 25 years’ experience helping organisations strengthen performance, engagement and leadership capability. He previously held a leadership role in people development at a multinational bank and has since consulted to some of the world’s most recognisable organisations. Working with senior teams globally, Jason specialises in simplifying complex, high-pressure challenges into clear, practical solutions. His work spans culture change, leadership development, sales transformation and performance coaching. Driven by a commitment to lasting impact, Jason’s aim is to help individuals and organisations become more effective and happier.

Erin Rogers
Erin is an ICF-certified executive coach (ACC) and founder of ERA Collective, a leadership development consultancy. With over 20 years’ experience in senior corporate roles—including Director of Brand, Marketing and Communications at EY Canada and Country Head of Marketing at HSBC Canada—she brings first-hand insight into leading within complex organisations. Erin works with executives and business teams to strengthen personal brand, influence and collaboration. Drawing on her background in brand strategy and a methodology refined through global programmes, she helps leaders articulate their value and show up with clarity, authenticity and impact.

Paul Morris
Paul Morris is the founder of Paul Morris Learning Inc., a Toronto-based leadership development consultancy. With over 25 years' experience, he helps leaders and teams strengthen leadership, culture, and communication across global organisations. Paul has designed and facilitated more than 1,000 learning experiences, including a culture transformation involving over 12,000 people and an award-winning global graduate programme for one of the world's largest banks. Known for his engaging, thoughtful style, he helps leaders connect with people, communicate with authenticity, and create lasting change. When not facilitating, you'll usually find him walking Toronto's waterfront, quietly wondering if he's becoming a birdwatcher.

Kate Scott

Natalie Richer
Natalie Richer is anexecutive coach, mediator and performance consultant with over 25 years’experience designing and delivering leadership development solutions. Shespecialises in helping leaders unlock insight through sharp diagnosis andpurposeful questioning, drawing on her experience leading global teams anddeveloping high-performing individuals. Natalie is known for her ability toquickly understand complex dynamics and tailor interventions to each client’scontext. A qualified workplace mediator and certified practitioner in Hogan andDiSC, she also speaks at Chartered Institute of Personnel and Developmentevents and on podcasts, exploring how the right questions can drive meaningful and lasting change.

Rosie Markwick
Rosie Markwick is a Business Manager and somatic coach with over 10 years’ experience across leadership development and wellbeing. She combines operational oversight of EMC with her coaching practice, supporting both individuals and programmes to deliver meaningful, sustainable change. Alongside her work in organisations, Rosie is a world-renowned yoga teacher who curates and facilitates numerous transformational retreats each year. With a background in psychological anthropology and a masters in women’s health and seasonality, she brings an integrative approach—bridging body-based wisdom with practical delivery to support performance and resilience.

Sarah Clements
Sarah Clements is an experienced Executive Assistant and Programme Manager with more than 25 years supporting C-suite leaders, founders and directors in global organisations. Known for her calm precision and strong operational oversight, she plays a key role in coordinating all EMC programmes. Sarah specialises in supporting coaches and facilitators deliver large-scale culture change and organisational development initiatives, ensuring programmes run smoothly from design through to delivery. She works closely with faculty, clients and partners to manage logistics, communication, and execution. Sarah has partnered with Emma for over 16 years, providing trusted support at the heart of their work.
